Drawing on 30 years of professional experience, including 20 in healthcare, she helps healthcare organizations navigate industry change, identify growth opportunities, and achieve their strategic objectives through technology, and innovation and best-in-class solutions.

Previously, Marion held senior leadership roles at Real Chemistry, CVS Health, and Wellpartner. She holds a BA in Economics from the University of Illinois and an MBA from Kellogg School of Management. A former opera singer and theater performer, she brings a lifelong passion for storytelling to shaping narratives that influence how industries think and evolve.
