Sunita Mohanty is the founder and CEO of Ultralight, an AI-native clinical operating system built for independent functional, integrative, and longevity practices. 

Before Ultralight, she spent six years at Meta, where she helped launch the Oculus Quest and led AI experiences for the Ray-Ban smart glasses. 

She came to this work as a patient. After an autoimmune diagnosis where surgery was presented as her only option, she found a clinician who took a personalized, data-driven approach — and she was back to health in eight months, without surgery. 

Ultralight is the infrastructure she wished that clinician had, and enable more clinicians to deliver high-quality, personalized care. Today, they support about 85+ practices across the country.
